Employee Awards – nominations are now open!
On 17 May 2024, the Council will host the East Ayrshire Employee Awards Ceremony at Dean Castle, Kilmarnock. This will be an opportunity to celebrate the success, innovation and excellent customer service demonstrated daily by our employees. We would like you to nominate colleagues for the awards which will be presented on the day.

Award Categories
Young Achiever
Do you know someone who is a rising star? Who has significantly contributed to their team, and achieved considerable success in their work, vocational or academic activities?
Digital Innovation
Are you aware of an individual or team that has used digital systems to greatly enhance, enrich or improve aspects of council services, and/or the experiences of our employees/communities?
Project of the Year
Is there a team or an individual that has been involved in a standout piece of work or project that has substantially improved or greatly enhanced any aspect of our council services?
Best Collaboration
We are looking for nominations for teams and/or individuals who have worked together successfully to deliver services to our employees, communities and/or partners.
Team Award
Do you work with or know about a team that delivers exceptional services which benefit our communities? This team will go above and beyond in its efforts to make a difference.
Individual Award
Do you know or work with someone who continually goes the extra mile in their role to improve our services and/or our communities?
Apprentice of the Year
We want to hear about any Modern Apprentices, Graduate Apprentices, Adult Apprentices and Graduate Interns who have shown great potential or made an outstanding contribution during their time with East Ayrshire Council.
