Working Time Regulations Individual Opt – Out

I confirm that, until further notice, I have decided to opt out of the maximum average of 48 hours per week provided under the Working Time Regulations 1998 as amended.

I also confirm that I have entered into this agreement under my own free will and understand that I may terminate this agreement on giving 7 days written notice.

I understand that these arrangements are in addition to the terms and conditions of my contract of employment.
