Employee Engagement Competency Assessment

This survey is created as a tool to help East Ayrshire Leisure line managers analyse how their staff believe they represent the themes of the East Ayrshire Leisure Employee Engagement Framework. The tool should be completely anonymous so staff with permissions to Engagement HQ should log out before completing. The results of the survey will enable line managers to undertake a development plan which will help them perform better in their role.

We would ask staff to take a couple of minutes to reflect on the behaviours indicated and give a considered response.
