BPD2 covers Care Diaries, Continuous Professional Learning, Escalation Policy and Skin, Stoma and Catheter care and these are all delivered by Social Care Learning Hub.

Please see below links to three different evaluations for all training please select the correct course when prompted:

  • Pre - Evaluation - to be complete prior to attending training
  • Post - Evaluation - to be complete at the end of the training session
  • Impact Evaluation - to be complete 6 months after training
