Sharron promotes, delivers, and monitors Place Based Investment Programme Projects. She also guides and supports partner projects as needed, ensuring compliance and record keeping meet the terms and conditions of grant funding.

Tracy works to develop effective relationships within business and retail in town centres within East Ayrshire.

She supports existing business associations and encourages others to form business associations in their communities.

She has previously delivered campaigns including the Shop Front Improvement Scheme and the East Ayrshire Gift Card.

Barbara’s role is to help regenerate towns and villages throughout East Ayrshire, by actively engaging with stakeholders and providing support, to turn innovative ideas into reality.

Key aspects of her role include creating marketing materials, such as social media and webpages, for the Community Led Regeneration Team. She also works with partners to support town centre events, such as the Winter Festiva

Fraser leads and supports local projects that create positive change, focusing on community led regeneration and shared learning.
