Introducing the Innovation Hub
We want to make things better at East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership. Could your ideas help us get there?
Our Innovation Hub is a place where you can submit your ideas and suggestions on ways we can improve the partnership and our health and care services for the people we support.
We’re encouraging all partnership staff, whether as individuals or as teams, to get involved in what will be a fantastic collaborative programme and a chance where you can help us make real and lasting change.
The innovation process
Our process follows four steps:
Idea generation
Design and development
Testing and implementation
Sustainment
This means that every idea submitted will go through a process of discussion before being assessed for potential obstacles and the most effective and realistic ways we could put it into practice.
Don’t worry - you’ll be fully informed and updated every step of the way and given full credit for your idea. There is also no such thing as a ‘bad idea’, so please don’t hold back!
Want to find out more?
You’ll find lots of information and inspiration in our hub to help you on your innovation path, from coming up with ideas to how we can celebrate successes:
You can also hear from our innovation lead, Nate Brown, who provides a comprehensive overview of the programme in our introductory video:
