  • This assessment is built around the Six Key Drivers and aims to help the organisation identify where we are in terms of embedding equality and human rights, and gives tailored suggestions for improvement.

This tool is aimed at helping organisations:

    • Understand current strengths.
    • Identify priority areas for development.
    • Access practical actions matched to the organisation's level.

This assessment toolkit looks at how equality and human rights are embedded across the organisation’s culture, decisions, and services as an ongoing practice, and not just at reporting time.

    • Approximately 15-20 minutes to complete 24 questions.
    • Results provide a suggested tailored action plan based on your organisation’s current implementation level.
    • Implementation level indicates how far along we are in embedding equality and human rights across the organisation – from just getting started (Pre-Foundation) to leading the way (Advanced).
