In developing our strategic vision, the ADP - the key delivery partner within East Ayrshire’s Community Planning Partnership for the delivery of the national Rights Respect and Recovery strategy and The Alcohol Framework - has developed our vision in keeping with the strategic vision of the wider Community Planning Partnership

    Our Alcohol and Drugs Partnership has launched a funding opportunity for local grassroots and voluntary groups committed to promoting recovery and reducing drug and alcohol harm in East Ayrshire.

    The ADP Grassroots Fund welcomes applications from local groups offering a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals and families affected by drugs and alcohol (for example, through regular social activities, peer support sessions, alcohol and drug-free outings, children's clubs and more).

    Groups can apply for an award of up to £5,000.

    Applications are now open and will close on Friday 5 September 2025.

    It’s only a couple of weeks to IOAD25, and our annual #KnowYourRoute walk, with the EA Lived Experience Panel and the organising sub group beavering away to ensure another successful event.

    Please find attached ‘stall booking forms’ for this year’s International Overdose Awareness day event #KnowYourRoute, which is being led by EA ADP Lived Experience Panel and will be held in Kay Park on Sunday 31st August.
