I can't process a gift card on my merchant terminal
If you are a registered business and are having trouble processing a gift card please call: 0121 268 3210. This is the quickest and easiest way to resolve any issues. It may be that your merchant terminal has had a significant update or you have switched merchant terminal providers in which case your terminal needs to be linked up again.
