Community Planning in East Ayrshire
Hello! Welcome to the Community Planning in East Ayrshire Engagement Hub!
This engagement hub is for you - the community - to provide us with your insights into Community Planning in East Ayrshire, and to gain valuable information on our progress in your local areas. Please use this site to share your views, ask questions, and let us know what is important to you and your community.
In East Ayrshire, community voices play a critical role in shaping the decisions we make together as a Community Planning Partnership (CPP). Effective community planning relies on the participation of East Ayrshire residents, local organisations, and businesses to ensure that the needs and aspirations of our communities are accurately represented.
Key decisions on community planning are made by the CPP Board, made up of key services and partner organisations. Paired with consultation from residents, the CPP board make informed decisions on how to improve your local communities. You can see a photo of our CPP Board, with local councillors, from our joint engagement event on 11 September 2025.

The side panel on the right of your screen has lots of helpful information. This includes our contact information, answers to FAQs, important links, and key community planning dates to look out for.
You can interact with us below - by dropping a pin on the map to share a thought about a particular area in 'places', or leaving your comments and ideas under 'forum'. We will update our 'forum' discussion topics when new opportunities arise. There is also a 'blogs' section where you will find our most recent blog updates in order of the dates they were published.
