Learning from others

At the start of our master planning process East Ayrshire Council's Kilmarnock Taskforce Group set out clear ambitions to:

• Learn from others throughout our master planning process
• Review both successful projects and share key lessons learned.
• Take an evidence-based approach
• Follow best practice examples

As part of our commitment, the Kilmarnock Taskforce Group established the Be Inspired Programme, a regular series of events, which invites all master planning governance groups and council officers, to take part in ongoing talks and tours throughout the year from industry professionals and experts.
