Governance information

The EAAPC Improvement Plan 2023 - 2024(External link) and Graphic Summary(External link) was produced by the multi-agency EAAPC improvement subgroup on behalf of the EAAPC and endorsed by the Chief Officers Group (which includes child, adult and public protection).

The plan is informed by the EAAPC Chairs Biennial Report to Scottish ministers and as such is reviewed every two years. Our Chair has just prepared the EAAPC Chairs Biennial Report 2022 – 2024 which sets out the future priorities for the EAAPC. This report which will be finalised on 1 October 2024 has been informed by the multi-agency ASP Self-Evaluation 2024 findings and identified improvement activity.
