About our surveyAs the largest employer in East Ayrshire, and with most of our workforce living in our local area, we want to find out how you feel about your work and your overall contribution to the work of the Council.Our previous Employee Attitude Surveys, which included our whole workforce, have helped us shape how we support you in your role.We value your contribution and your insight into the effectiveness of our employment framework, including terms and conditions, policies, the work you do, development and wellbeing.Please be assured that your responses are private and confidential - this survey is anonymous and individuals will not be identified within the data collected.
