  • Diabetes Awareness
  • Caring about Physical Activity (CAPA)
  • Wellness and Nutrition in Older People
  • End of Life / Palliative Care

Please complete these three different evaluations for Best Practice Day 3

  • Pre - Evaluation - to be complete prior to attending training.
  • Post - Evaluation - to be complete at the end of the training session.
  • Impact Evaluation - to be complete 6 months after training.
