Local Skills and Recruitment Survey 2025

Purpose

Our ongoing engagement with East Ayrshire businesses has highlighted a number of challenges in both recruitment and the development of in-work skills.

Our Business Support Team is looking to understand these challenges in greater detail and with our Regional Partners, develop a range of initiatives to support workforce development.

Outcomes

This survey and resultant analysis will give us a deeper understanding of the skills gaps you may be experiencing, the issues you may have with recruitment, and the future skills needs of the area.

Any analysis will be based on aggregate data from the survey responses.

Survey responses will not be linked to any individuals/organisations.

The information will be used by the Business Support Team to formulate strategies to help local businesses address their immediate and long-term skills and recruitment challenges.

Survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
