Front-Door Integrated Response Service Team (FIRST) Stakeholder Survey

As we move further into our Test of Change for the Front-door Integrated Response Service Team (FIRST), we wanted to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing commitment, enthusiasm and willingness to help shape this important work.

FIRST is more than a service redesign; it is a key part of our strategic ambition to put Getting It Right for Everyone (GIRFE) https://engagementea.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/girfe into practice. Through a more coordinated, person-centred and strengths-based approach, we are testing how we can improve access, responsiveness and outcomes for people who need support from health and social care services & our delivery partners.

As with any Test of Change, we do not expect to have all the answers from the outset. The purpose of this phase is to learn, adapt and improve. The model will continue to evolve over the coming months, informed by the experiences of staff, partners, stakeholders and the people who use our services. We would therefore encourage everyone involved to continue sharing feedback to improve our processes and pathways.

Every suggestion is welcomed and valued. Open and honest feedback is essential if we are to create a model that is sustainable, effective and truly reflects GIRFE principles.

Thank you once again for your participation, flexibility and commitment throughout this journey. The collaborative approach that has developed across teams and organisations is a real strength of the programme, and we look forward to continuing to work alongside you as we build the next phase of FIRST together.
