World Cup Late Licensing proposals - tell us what you think

We welcome your views about our proposed conditions together with any other comments you feel are relevant. We will use them to inform the terms of a Report to the Licensing Board at their meeting on 17 March 2026 for formal approval. This survey will close on  Friday 27 February 2026.

Do you have demand from your customers to watch the Scotland games and other matches?

The Licensing Board will consider these proposals. Please let us know whether you agree or disagree with these

• A personal licence holder must be present on the premises from either 11pm or 1am until the premises close
• In order to ensure that the number of persons within the premises does not exceed the agreed capacity of the premises, premises should issue tickets (either paid or unpaid)
• A person who holds a licence granted under Section 8 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 must be present on the premises from either 11pm or 1am until the premises close
